The goal of the SmartPosti rebranding campaign was to raise awareness of the new name and visual identity across all three Baltic countries, while linking it to the image of an already reliable service. We wanted people to notice the change on social media as well, understand its meaning, and develop a personal and positive association with the new name.
The campaign consisted of two stages. First, a teaser appeared on social media, where well-known content creators shared photos and videos featuring the letter “I” on their channels, without any explanation. This caught people’s attention and sparked curiosity. A week later, the second stage followed with an explanation from the influencers – the “I” symbolized SmartPosti’s new name and refreshed visual identity.
The campaign boosted awareness and visibility of the rebrand across all three Baltic countries, as the audience took notice of the name change. The teaser visuals sparked curiosity, while the follow-up content provided clarity and kept the focus on the transformation.
