OCCO – Video Solutions for the Website
Together with OCCO, we created two distinct yet harmoniously connected videos that showcased their interior design solutions. Each had a clear role.
The first video was designed for the front page of OCCO’s website: short, aesthetic, and instantly eye-catching. Since it had to work without sound, the entire message was carried by visuals, playing with light, movement, and rhythm.
The second video took us deeper into a specific project — Krulli Quarter in Tallinn. Its goal was to provide a comprehensive overview of both interior design and architecture. This meant a longer, more detailed, and atmosphere-driven story that gave the viewer a sense of what it feels like to actually be in the space.
How?
From the very beginning, we agreed with OCCO not to create a typical real estate video, where the camera simply glides through empty rooms. We wanted a space with character and people who bring it to life. This matched OCCO’s own idea: “a complete workplace solution that inspires.”
Both videos therefore gained their own characters — not as main roles, but as companions who help the viewer experience the space more vividly.
Video 1: The keywords were tempo and energy. Dynamic lighting, flowing camera movement, and constant visual changes created the impression that the space breathes and moves.
Video 2: Here, we gave time and space for details to shine. We used an FPV drone to glide smoothly through the building and reveal its scale. To ensure it wasn’t just a technical “tour,” we added a touch of narrative — slightly mysterious and open to interpretation — told with the help of male and female models.
Results
The outcome brought joy to both OCCO and us. One video delivered a quick, visually striking introduction, while the other gave a deeper look into the essence and atmosphere of the space. Together, they formed a whole that was clear and informative, yet also engaging and inspiring. Exactly as we had hoped from the start.
